Grilled Shrimp and Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients for grilled shrimp and chicken pasta
· 4-3 chicken fillets. Skinless and boneless fresh chicken breast
· 8-12 oz Shrimps ( Shelled and Raw)
· 1-2 tablespoon of Garlic ( Chopped) or you can use Garlic Powder ( Optional)
· 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
· 1 small sized onion, or 1/8 teaspoon of onion powder
· 1-2 tablespoon butter
· 1 tablespoon Italian olive oil ( Preferred)
· 1/8 poultry seasoning (Mixture of 3/5 teaspoon of sage + ¼ teaspoon of crumbled leaf thyme + pepper and dash marjoram): The mixture is put into airtight container.
· Cayenne Pepper to Taste
· 1/8 tablespoon White Pepper
· ½ pint cream and ½ cup milk
· ½ cup white wine
· 1 pound linguine (cooked)
· Grated Cheese (Romano)
Take a small bowl and add the ingredients the garlic, poultry seasoning, onion (powder or chopped) and garlic. Mix them all well and cut into half. Heat the skillet (small size) and put the butter. Let it melt over a low heat. Now add the cream, milk and half of the mixture, and stir it well so that it mixes well. After the desired thickening, remove the skillet and keep at the side. The thickness is completely desirable in accordance with the sauce.
Now take a medium size bowl, and put the paste in the boiling salted water and bring it to boil for at least 8 minutes. When the pasta is done, drain the water and keep aside.
In the meantime set the grill to high.
In a large skillet, add the olive oil in medium heat and add the wine along with the remaining half of the mixture that we made earlier. Take the chicken pieces and add them to the skillet. The chicken should be cooked in around 15-20 minutes until it becomes little gravy. After it is done, keep aside.
Oil the grill and add the Shrimps to cook on the grill for about 4 minutes. The shrimps should be ready by then. Now to serve, add the linguine on a serving plate, and place chicken breast on the top along with the cooked Shrimps. Do not forget to ladle with cream sauce and garnish with grated cheese before serving.
