Start by buying frozen dough from your supermarket, I actually prefer frozen bread dough to pizza dough. You can buy fresh dough but your going to pay more for it and have to use it up quickly, frozen dough can stay in your freezer for months.

Thaw the dough in a bowl covered with plastic wrap (its ready to use when it gets at least double in size and its room temperture, it will be all puffy.

Put some flour down on a flat surface and take a rolling pin and roll it out. If its sticking to the rolling pin dust the top with alittle flour (make sure not to use too much flour!, just enough so it doesnt stick). If you find your dough just keeps snapping back to the original size you need to let it rest a few minutes, once you do it should be able to stretch out alot easier. (You can also stretch it out by hand, i just find a rolling pin is easier and quicker)

I personally just use an old cookie sheet but if you happen to have a pizza stone or whatever special thing for pizza then use that, I really find its not nessessary though.

I have been using olive oil on the bottom of the cookie sheet, the dough seems to crisp up nicely that way however i have burned it a few times. Recently I have tried corn meal and it worked great, its alot better than having to keep an eye minute by minute so its not burning. You only need alittle cornmeal, dont over do it, just dust the bottom of the cookiesheet or whatever your using.

Next is just putting it all together, I found a great sauce to use if your too lazy to make your own is angies jarred sauce, it gives the pizza a kind of papa ginos type taste. I mostly use homemade sauce though. Dont oversauce, you will turn the pizza into a watery runny mess. Just a very very thin coat is enough.

After that dump on your cheese, and please use real cheese and not that low moisture fat free stuff, it just wont cook right, but if you gotta use that try drizzling alittle olive oil over the top, it will kick up the flavor a bit. Also you can sprinkle in some grated parmesan cheese, just alittle bit goes along way to better flavor.

Best Taco Salad Ever. Quick, Easy, And Delicious

This taco salad is a favorite at my house. You can adjust the ingredients to suit the taste of your family members and/or guests. It is easy to prepare and always seems to be a hit.

Ingredients Needed:

Lettuce (pre-shredded)
1 lb. Ground meat
Chipotle seasoning or taco seasoning mix
Cheese (pre-shredded)
1 can black beans
1 can corn (optional)
1 can sliced ripe olives (optional)
1 avocado
1 small onion
1-2 tomatoes
1 bottle Ranch dressing
1/3 cup sour cream
tortilla chips

Directions:

Chop onion in small pieces. Add onion to ground meat. Season the meat with Chipotle seasoning or Taco Seasoning mix and cook in the microwave using Tupperware’s Oval Microwave Cooker with the colander to drain the grease from the meat or brown the meat and onions together in a frying pan on the stove.

If using the microwave cook the meat for 6 minutes per pound.

If cooking on the stove cook the meat until it is well browned.

In the meantime, pour lettuce into a large bowl to begin the salad. Tupperware’s Chip N Dip works well for this salad because you can use the dip bowls for salsa and dressing.

Open and drain the black beans, corn, and sliced olives and add to the salad. Next, add the shredded cheese.

Drain your cooked meat well and add to the salad.

Chop tomatoes and avocado and add to the salad.
Next, make the dressing. Mix ½ bottle of ranch dressing, 1/3 cup sour cream, and 1 tsp of chipotle seasoning or taco seasoning mix. Make sure to blend the dressing well.

Serve the tortilla chips in a separate bowl so everyone can add the amount of chips they want for their salad.

Serve salad with dressing and salsa on the side.

Directions

You want to add the cooked chicken breast, celery, onion, salad dressing (or mayonnaise), oregano, salt, pepper, hard-cooked egg in a food processor.

Pulsate food processor about 4 times.

You want ingredients well mixed; however, only coarsely chopped.

With a tablespoon, spread chicken salad mixture on a slice of bread; add 2 tomato slices, a leaf of lettuce and top with second bread slice.

WALDORF CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS:

4 Kaiser rolls, cut in half
1 cup deli chicken salad
12 very thin apple slices
4 slices Cheddar cheese

PREPARATION:

Layer bottom half of each roll with salad, 3 apple slices and 1 cheese slice. Top with tops of rolls. (You can spread the kaiser rolls with a thin layered of softened butter before making the sandwiches, if you’d like.) 4 servings

CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH RECIPE

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked diced chicken Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons pickle relish
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon dill
8 slices thin white bread

Directions:

Mix together ingredients. Chill for several hours. Spread chicken mixture on bread and remove crusts. Cut into squares or triangles.

PESTO CHICKEN SALAD ON BAGELS

Ingredients:

1 cup diced cooked chicken
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup purchased pesto
4 whole wheat — or white bagels, split

Directions:

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except bagels; mix well. Spread chicken mixture on each bagel half.
