What You Need:
1 (2 liter) bottles of 7 Up
2 pints of cranberry juice
1 quart apple juice
Lemon slices
How to Make It:
Fill 2 ice cube trays with 7 Up and freeze until solid.
Place the ice cubes in a punch bowl.
Pour the cranberry juice and apple juice over the ice and stir gently.
Pour the remaining 7 Up into the punch bowl.
Garnish with lemon slices.
Makes 12 servings
Have friends over for the big game try this punch. If you can find ice cube trays in the shape of footballs or baseballs they make a great addition to this punch.

What You Need:
1 C cream of coconut
3 C chilled pineapple juice
1 C of Club Soda
5 C crushed ice
Pineapple chunks
How to Make It:
Place the cream of coconut and pineapple juice into the blender.
Pour in the club soda.
Blend until the ingredients are just combined.
Add the crushed ice a little at a time, blending until just slushy as add.
Pour into 8 glasses and garnish with a pineapple chunk.
Makes 8 servings
These coolers just say “cool.” Instead of individual servings pour the slushy mixture into a small punch bowl and garnish the top with pineapple rings instead.

What You Need:
1/2 C of water
1/2 C of sugar
3 lemons, sliced
3 oranges, sliced
3 limes, sliced
1 bottle white wine
2 C of chilled club soda
Crushed ice
How to Make It:
Pour the water into a small saucepan.
Place the pan over medium heat and bring the water to a boil.
Carefully stir in the sugar until completely dissolved.
Remove the pan from the heat.
Place the fruit slices into the bottom of a large pitcher.
Pour the sugar mixture over the fruit.
Stir in the wine and club soda.
Add the crushed ice and mix well.
Serve at once.
Makes 12 servings
Serve this chiller in tall glasses with a slice of lime, lemon and orange as a garnish. Any type of nonalcoholic wine will work in this recipe as well as white wine containing alcohol.

What You Need:
2 C of club soda
4 C margarita mix
8 C crushed ice
3 tbsp lime juice
How to Make It:
Pour the club soda into the blender.
Add the margarita mix and blend until just mixed.
Add in the crushed ice and lime juice.
Blend until slushy.
Pour into glasses rimmed with salt.
Makes 8 servings
If you prefer not to use the salt add a lime slice as garnish. This drink may need to be made in batches depending on the size of your blender.
